We are seeking a dedicated and organised professional to join our team and support our continued growth. Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. This is a FULL_TIME, remote position. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional organiser and communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while working independently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our design and client management processes, directly contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding basement design solutions. Although this is a remote role, our company is headquartered in Thornton, Colorado, United States. Responsibilities * Manage calendars, schedule client consultations, and coordinate appointments for the design team. * Serve as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, handling emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner. * Prepare, organise, and maintain project-related documents, including client briefs, contracts, and design files. * Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client records in our company database or CRM system. * Assist with basic project coordination tasks, such as tracking project milestones and following up on deadlines. * Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations. * Liaise with internal team members to ensure clear communication and workflow continuity. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. * Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other common office software. * The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of self-motivation. * Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Experience or a keen interest in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry would be highly advantageous. * Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) or CRM systems is desirable.
