We are looking to have an an intern come on from about 1-3 months and then looking to hire. We also do have gas card assistance and normally meals are provided onset for interns during the internship.Recommended Skills<ul><li>Pre-Production: Develop concepts, write scripts or storyboards, scout locations, and book talent and crew. Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots, and equipment setup</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Logistics: Create and manage budgets, handle equipment rentals, and locations.</li><li>Production: Direct on-camera talent (such as interviewing guests or directing actors), oversee the camera and audio crew, and manage the daily shoot schedule.</li><li>Post-Production: Work closely with video editors and graphic designers, review cuts, and deliver the final files for distribution.</li><li>Maintain organized records of footage, project files, and editing notes for efficient workflow continuity</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong skills in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for graphics creation</li><li>Storytelling &amp; Editorial Judgment: A strong eye for pacing, narrative structure, and visual framing.</li><li>Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and hit strict deadlines.</li><li>Communication: Ability to bridge communication between clients, and creative teams.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)</li></ul>Pay: $12,000.00 - $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Auburndale, FL 33823
