Video Producer Assistant (Internship to Hire)

We are looking to have an an intern come on from about 1-3 months and then looking to hire. We also do have gas card assistance and normally meals are provided onset for interns during the internship.

Recommended Skills

• Pre-Production: Develop concepts, write scripts or storyboards, scout locations, and book talent and crew. Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots, and equipment setup
• Budgeting & Logistics: Create and manage budgets, handle equipment rentals, and locations.
• Production: Direct on-camera talent (such as interviewing guests or directing actors), oversee the camera and audio crew, and manage the daily shoot schedule.
• Post-Production: Work closely with video editors and graphic designers, review cuts, and deliver the final files for distribution.
• Maintain organized records of footage, project files, and editing notes for efficient workflow continuity

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for graphics creation
• Storytelling & Editorial Judgment: A strong eye for pacing, narrative structure, and visual framing.
• Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and hit strict deadlines.
• Communication: Ability to bridge communication between clients, and creative teams.
• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)

Pay: $12,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
