We are looking for a Brand &amp; Patient Experience Coordinator to help bring that vision to life. This isn't just a &quot;desk job&quot;&mdash;it&rsquo;s a dual-threat role where you lead our digital brand presence and serve as the face of our clinic.This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who understands modern content strategy and thrives in an environment where health and hospitality intersect.The Schedule<ul><li>On-Site Impact: Every Monday, 2:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 PM (Front Desk Operations).</li><li>Creative Flexibility: 4&ndash;6 additional hours per week for marketing and content creation, worked on a flexible schedule.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities1. Brand &amp; Content Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to elevate the clinic&rsquo;s local presence.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels and in-house communications.</li><li>Identify new opportunities to increase community engagement and brand visibility.</li></ul>2. Video &amp; Social Media Leadership<ul><li>Lead the video content strategy for the clinic and the Doctor&rsquo;s personal brand.</li><li>Capture, edit, and produce high-quality short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form video content.</li><li>Manage social media platforms and blogs with a regular, engaging posting schedule.</li><li>Provide guidance and &quot;on-camera&quot; coaching for the team to help humanize our brand.</li></ul>3. Patient Experience &amp; Front Desk Operations<ul><li>Own the Monday afternoon shift (2:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 PM), managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and clinic flow.</li><li>Establish automated email and texting campaigns to keep our patients connected and informed.</li><li>Refine &quot;talking points&quot; and customer service protocols to ensure every patient interaction feels premium and consistent with our brand.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Hourly Range: $20.00 &ndash; $23.00 per hour (based on experience).</li><li>Incentive Program: Eligible for a monthly clinic collections bonus, rewarding you directly for the clinic's financial growth.</li><li>Wellness Benefit: Enjoy complementary chiropractic care for yourself to keep you feeling your best while you help others do the same.</li><li>Flexible Marketing Hours: Work your 4&ndash;6 creative hours from home or the clinic on a schedule that fits your life.</li></ul>QualificationsThe ideal candidate is both a creative and a system-builder.
