Brand & Patient Experience Coordinator

Part-Time | 8–10 Hours Per Week

The Vision

We are building a wellness destination that prioritizes innovation, connection, and life-changing care. We are looking for a Brand & Patient Experience Coordinator to help bring that vision to life. This isn't just a "desk job"—it’s a dual-threat role where you lead our digital brand presence and serve as the face of our clinic.

This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who understands modern content strategy and thrives in an environment where health and hospitality intersect.

The Schedule

  • On-Site Impact: Every Monday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Front Desk Operations).
  • Creative Flexibility: 4–6 additional hours per week for marketing and content creation, worked on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to elevate the clinic’s local presence.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels and in-house communications.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase community engagement and brand visibility.

2. Video & Social Media Leadership

  • Lead the video content strategy for the clinic and the Doctor’s personal brand.
  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form video content.
  • Manage social media platforms and blogs with a regular, engaging posting schedule.
  • Provide guidance and "on-camera" coaching for the team to help humanize our brand.

3. Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations

  • Own the Monday afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM), managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and clinic flow.
  • Establish automated email and texting campaigns to keep our patients connected and informed.
  • Refine "talking points" and customer service protocols to ensure every patient interaction feels premium and consistent with our brand.

Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is both a creative and a system-builder. You understand that great marketing isn't just about pretty designs; it’s about positioning and visibility.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in brand strategy, digital media, or content marketing.
  • Are a "pro" with a smartphone camera and social media editing tools.
  • Are organized, proactive, and capable of managing your own creative deadlines.
  • Possess the "hospitality gene"—you love making people feel welcome and heard.

Preferred Skills:

  • Video production and editing and graphic design (Canva).
  • Campaign automation systems for email and text messaging (GoHighLevel).
  • Creating ad campaigns and tracking metrics in social media platforms.
  • Experience with elevated customer service or luxury brand environments.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
