Destin West Vacation Rentals is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk AssociateAssociate to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for both guests and property owners, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced vacation rental environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Guest Services:<ul><li>Greet and assist vacation guests upon arrival and departure</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and special requests</li><li>Ensure guests have an exceptional stay by addressing concerns promptly and professionally</li><li>Provide local information, recommendations, and assistance with activities</li></ul>Owner Relations:<ul><li>Communicate with property owners regarding bookings, maintenance needs, and guest feedback</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each property and owner preferences</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units meet owner standards</li></ul>Front Desk Operations:<ul><li>Manage phone and email communications in a courteous and efficient manner</li><li>Handle payment processing, account balances, and daily reports</li><li>Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming</li><li>Utilize reservation and property management software to update booking information and records</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure</li><li>Escapia and breezeway knowledge a plus</li><li>Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment; experience with property management systems is a plus</li><li>Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude</li><li>Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed</li></ul>Why Join Destin West Vacation Rentals?<ul><li>Work in a beautiful coastal location and a highly desired onsite vacation rental company</li><li>Be part of a dedicated and supportive team</li><li>Help create unforgettable experiences for our guests and owners</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a respected vacation rental company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
