amiliarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) or maintenance tracking software.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues with equipment or facilities.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks such as electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC servicing.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest service requests and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.</li><li>Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Maintain a daily log of work performed and parts used.</li><li>Assist with setting up or breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces when necessary.</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.</li><li>Adhere to health and safety policies, procedures, and hotel standards at all times.</li><li>Report any major maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer.</li><li>Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a trade is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Ability to work with hand and power tools safely.</li><li>Good physical condition and strength to handle lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar environment.</li></ul>*Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
