Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role. Our team leaders are expected to work collaboratively with all staff members to foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for both customers and employees.Candidates must be flexible, with availability to work the closing shift from 4 PM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 4 PM to 1 AM on weekends.Compensation will be based on a standard 40-hour workweek and will be influenced by flexibility, availability, experience, and relevant certifications (such as a food handler's permit or manager's certificate), with annual salaries ranging from $36,000 to $40,000, including tips.As Devil Dawgs expands into the northern suburbs, there will be ample opportunities for growth and advancement, potentially leading to the opportunity to manage your own store.
