Devil Dawgs, a local hot dog establishment in Chicago, is actively seeking dedicated employees to join us as we embark on an exciting journey of growth and expansion over the next few years. We are specifically looking for full-time restaurant employees with managerial or shift leader experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role. Our team leaders are expected to work collaboratively with all staff members to foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for both customers and employees.
Candidates must be flexible, with availability to work the closing shift from 4 PM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 4 PM to 1 AM on weekends.
Compensation will be based on a standard 40-hour workweek and will be influenced by flexibility, availability, experience, and relevant certifications (such as a food handler's permit or manager's certificate), with annual salaries ranging from $36,000 to $40,000, including tips.
