The HR Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources operations and partners with leaders and employees to deliver a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role administers and improves HR programs across employee relations, benefits and leave, performance management, onboarding, training, and HR compliance for a manufacturing environment. The HR Generalist also maintains accurate HRIS data, prepares reports and analytics, supports recruitment and helps drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities
HR Operations, Compliance, and Employee Lifecycle
<ul><li>Maintain and interpret HR policies and procedures; recommend updates aligned with business needs and employment law.</li>

Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding

<li>Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and required training; ensure completion of I-9, E-Verify (if used), and other new-hire requirements.</li>
<li>Support offboarding and exit processes, including exit interviews and separation documentation.</li>
</ul>
Benefits, Leave, and Total Rewards Support
<ul><li>Assist with benefits administration (enrollment changes, eligibility, vendor coordination, employee questions) and annual open enrollment activities.</li>

HR Analytics, Systems, and Continuous Improvement
<ul><li>Prepare HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance/leave trends, training completion, recruiting activity) to support decision-making.</li>
<li>Partner with payroll and finance as needed to support accurate timekeeping and employee data alignment.</li>
<li>Lead or support cross-functional projects; document processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and employee service.</li>
</ul>
Safety and Workers&rsquo; Compensation (Manufacturing Support)
<ul><li>Partner with safety and operations to support safety training tracking, incident reporting processes, and return-to-work coordination.</li>
<li>Assist with workers&rsquo; compensation administration, including documentation and communications with internal partners and external vendors as applicable.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Education and Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Typically 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of core HR disciplines: employee relations, recruiting/onboarding, benefits and leave administration, performance management, and compliance.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul><li>Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; ability to apply them with sound judgment and consistency.</li>

The Cybersecurity Engineer performs two core functions for the enterprise. The first is the day-to-day operations of the in-place security solutions while the second is the identification, investigation, and resolution of security breaches detected by those systems. Secondary tasks may include involvement in the implementation of new security solutions, participation in the creation and or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures as well as conducting vulnerability audits and assessments. The IT Security Engineer is expected to be fully aware of the enterprise&rsquo;s security goals as established by its stated policies, procedures, and guidelines and to actively work towards upholding those goals.
More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:
Acquisition &amp; Deployment 10%
<ul><li>Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in the creation of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures) under the direction of the IT Security Manager, where appropriate.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e. security tools) or not (e.g. workstations, servers, network devices). Interpret the implications of that activity and devise plans for appropriate resolution.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in investigations into problematic activity.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Develop scripts, playbooks, integrations and automated workflows using tools such as PowerShell, Python, APIs, SOAR platforms, SIEM automation, Microsoft Graph, and ITSM platforms.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Automate repetitive security operations tasks including alert enrichment, case creation, containment actions, reporting, control validation, and exception tracking</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain documentation, version control, testing and change management for security automation workflows.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Measure automation effectiveness through reduced response time, reduced manual effort, improved control coverage, and fewer recurring issues.</li></ul>

Position Summary 
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with bilingual proficiency in English and French. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities. 
 
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders in both English and French. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with company policies, and efficient AP operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts; investigate and resolve discrepancies prior to payment.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner.</li><li>Review and process employee expense reports.</li><li>Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, and related documentation while ensuring proper expense coding.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all transactions including freight charges, refunds, rentals, and other charges.</li><li>Assist with monthly AP accruals and support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring all accounts payable transactions are recorded accurately.</li><li>Reconcile Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI).</li><li>Respond to and resolve accounts payable inquiries from vendors, employees, and internal departments in both English and French.</li><li>Research and resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and disputes with vendors or internal stakeholders.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing vendors.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in accordance with company financial procedures.</li><li>Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to accounts payable processes and procedures.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive data.</li><li>Support AP shared services model for US and Canada locations.</li><li>Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.</li></ul></div>
