Role Overview</b></div><div>
This is an end-to-end HR role with a strong tilt toward Talent Acquisition (~70%). You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and corporate roles across our 20+ clinic network, while also supporting day-to-day HR operations &mdash; onboarding, documentation, compliance, and people experience.</div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><i>
Talent Acquisition (~70%)</i></div><ul><li>
Own end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles (dentists, implantologists, clinical coordinators) and non-clinical roles (operations, admin, marketing)</li><li>
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, dental communities, referrals, and campus connects</li><li>
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews; coordinate with hiring managers and clinic heads</li><li>
Manage the candidate experience from first contact through to offer acceptance</li><li>
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for high-demand roles across cities</li><li>
Coordinate with clinic heads pan-India to forecast hiring needs before they become urgent</li><li>
Track TA metrics &mdash; time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source mix</li></ul><div><i>
HR Operations (~30%)</i></div><ul><li>
Manage onboarding &mdash; documentation, credential verification, HRIS entry, and Day 1 readiness</li><li>
Maintain employee records; support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs</li><li>
Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff across clinic locations</li><li>
Support compliance with employment contracts, MCI/state registration requirements, and labour law basics</li><li>
Coordinate exit processes &mdash; clearances, F&amp;F settlements, and offboarding</li><li>
Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs as the company scales</li></ul><div><b>
What We're Looking For</b></div><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of HR experience with meaningful hands-on recruitment exposure</li><li>
Prior experience hiring for healthcare, dental, or clinical roles is a strong plus</li><li>
Comfortable working with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and basic ATS tools</li><li>
Strong communicator &mdash; able to engage confidently with doctors and senior stakeholders</li><li>
Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and good at following through</li><li>
Thrives in a startup environment where things move quickly and roles evolve</li><li>
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field</li></ul><div><b>
Nice to Have</b></div><ul><li>
Experience recruiting across multiple cities or for franchise/chain operations</li><li>
Familiarity with dental or medical credentialing processes</li><li>
Working knowledge of an HRMS (Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, etc.)</li></ul><div><b>
