outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.</div><ul><li>Call and coordinate with the patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to reach the location on time.</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><div></div><ul><li>Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.</li><li>Valid dental license to practice in India.</li><li>Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Empathy and a patient-first approach.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Ensure all the home &amp; partner clinic appointments are catered within the day within the mentioned TAT.</li><li>Required to upload the scan files and intra/extra oral photos within the TAT, ensuring they are stored in the correct folder</li></ul><div>

We are seeking an experienced Implantologist with a background in Prosthodontics to take on a dual role that combines advanced clinical work with end-to-end oversight of a high-performing dental clinic.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Implant &amp; Prosthodontic Procedures</b></div><br>

Perform a wide range of implant treatments, including immediate implants, full mouth rehabilitations, and sinus lifts (direct and indirect).</li><li>
Manage both temporary and final prostheses, ensuring proper fit, aesthetics, and patient comfort.</li><li>
Conduct minor oral surgeries such as extractions, impactions, cyst enucleation, and biopsies where required.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Patient Journey Management</b></div><br>

Lead consultations, diagnose cases, and plan treatments in coordination with lab and diagnostic teams (CBCT, scans, etc.).</li><li>
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care with thorough follow-ups.</li><li>
Support virtual consultations and case reviews through video or phone for implant cases.</li><li>
Ensure timely progression of each case, especially for long-term and multi-stage treatments.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Clinic Operations &amp; Team Oversight</b></div><br>

Supervise day-to-day operations, including coordination with dental assistants, receptionists, and housekeeping staff.</li><li>
Ensure smooth appointment flow, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adherence to clinical protocols.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation in CRMs (QCRM, NEO) for all patients and treatments.</li><li>
Track attendance and performance of clinic staff, coordinating with HR tools (e.g., Keka).</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Cross-Clinic Support</b></div><br>

Visit other clinics in the city once or twice a week for implant procedures, reviews, or consultations as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to align treatment protocols and ensure uniform clinical standards across locations.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Marketing &amp; Visibility</b></div><br>

Participate in offline initiatives to increase clinic footfall.</li><li>
Support content creation or visibility efforts with the central marketing team for digital promotions.</li></ul><div>

MDS (Prosthodontics) with 3+ years of implantology experience</li><li>
Successfully placed 300+ implants (including at least 30 immediate), 30+ full-mouth cases, and 30+ sinus lifts (combined)</li><li>
Strong clinical decision-making, team management, and communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to travel across clinics within the city</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
