This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal administrative skills while contributing to a team dedicated to justice and client advocacy.Duties<ul><li>Greet and engage with prospective clients in both English and Spanish, demonstrating professionalism and empathy during initial contact.</li><li>Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather essential information about personal injury claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Explain the legal process related to personal injury cases clearly, answering questions with transparency and patience.</li><li>Collect and organize relevant documentation, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information using our legal case management system.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data entry standards.</li><li>Collaborate with legal teams on case review preparations, supporting research efforts related to personal injury law and other relevant legal areas.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong knack for sales.</li><li>Experience or knowledge of personal injury law, including automobile accidents, dog bites, premise liability, and more.</li><li>Exceptional interviewing skills to extract pertinent information efficiently during client interactions.</li><li>Ability to handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and document management accurately.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional demeanor when communicating with clients and team members.</li></ul>*This position offers a bonus structure and competitive base salary.Accepting applications from individuals with personal injury law experience only at this time.Pay: $24.50 - $29.51 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
