Duties

• Greet and engage with prospective clients in both English and Spanish, demonstrating professionalism and empathy during initial contact.
• Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather essential information about personal injury claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Explain the legal process related to personal injury cases clearly, answering questions with transparency and patience.
• Collect and organize relevant documentation, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information using our legal case management system.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data entry standards.
• Collaborate with legal teams on case review preparations, supporting research efforts related to personal injury law and other relevant legal areas.

Skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong knack for sales.
• Experience or knowledge of personal injury law, including automobile accidents, dog bites, premise liability, and more.
• Exceptional interviewing skills to extract pertinent information efficiently during client interactions.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and document management accurately.
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional demeanor when communicating with clients and team members.

*This position offers a bonus structure and competitive base salary.
