JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: Attorney/LawyerSUMMARY: We are looking for a skilled Florida Insurance Coverage attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Third party liability coverage analysis and litigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with exceptional legal research and writing skills.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: &middot; Represent clients in pre-suit/civil litigation, and other legal proceedings&middot; Draft legal documents and opinion letters&middot; Stay updated on changes in the laws relevant to cases handled&middot; Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm&middot; Independently manage and bill an active caseloadQUALIFICATIONS: &middot; Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school&middot; Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida&middot; A minimum of 3 years of experience&middot; Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw/Lexis&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team&middot; Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills&middot; Ability to independently manage caseload&middot; Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations- both virtually and in personAbout Us:We are a growing Insurance Defense firm with a long history in North Central Florida.
