Florida Insurance Coverage Attorney

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Attorney/Lawyer

SUMMARY: We are looking for a skilled Florida Insurance Coverage attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Third party liability coverage analysis and litigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with exceptional legal research and writing skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Represent clients in pre-suit/civil litigation, and other legal proceedings

· Draft legal documents and opinion letters

· Stay updated on changes in the laws relevant to cases handled

· Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

· Independently manage and bill an active caseload

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

· Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida

· A minimum of 3 years of experience

· Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw/Lexis

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Ability to independently manage caseload

· Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations- both virtually and in person

Base Pay: Competitive.
