Experience1&ndash;2 years.Job SummaryWe are looking for an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for Structural Engineering Domain (as applicable)</li><li>Understand job requirements from hiring managers and finalize JD + hiring plan</li><li>Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates</li><li>Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage follow-ups</li><li>Drive offer negotiations, release offer letters, and ensure joining closures</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly hiring reports</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer brand communication</li><li>Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities</li><li>Ensure recruitment process compliance and proper record keeping</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques</li><li>Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri/Indeed/etc.) and LinkedIn hiring</li><li>Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management</li><li>Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously with defined TATs</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR operations (added advantage)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
