We take pride in maintaining transparency, hygiene, and quality in every product we craft.Role Overview:We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for freshers or interns looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and day-to-day business finance management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining daily financial records and ledgers.</li><li>Support in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries.</li><li>Help in reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts.</li><li>Manage petty cash and track daily expenses.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing and order-related payments.</li><li>Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation.</li><li>Ensure timely data entry and accuracy in accounting software (Tally / Excel).</li><li>Support with audit preparation and filing of basic returns.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Tally is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to gain practical accounting experience in a growing FMCG brand.</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment.</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities.</li><li>Free product samples and employee discounts.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Elathur, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
