Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and coordinate between production, logistics, and internal teams. This role is ideal for candidates with basic operations knowledge and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations including order processing, dispatch updates, and delivery follow-ups.

Act as a liaison between production, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Track orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Maintain operational data and reports using Excel / Google Sheets.

Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or delays in advance.

Assist in vendor coordination and material movement when required.

Support the operations manager with routine operational tasks and documentation.

Handle basic issue resolution related to dispatch, delays, or stock mismatches.

Requirements

Any graduate / diploma holder (freshers may apply).

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory.

Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).

Strong coordination, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to multitask and work in a hands-on operational environment.

Prior experience in operations, logistics, or FMCG is an advantage but not mandatory.
