 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manger to lead the marketing efforts for Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV). This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining our brand narrative, elevating our online and offline presence, and positioning DTV as a global hub for technological advancement, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.
 
 
 This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong leadership. The Marketing Director will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with internal and external partners, and stakeholders to achieve DTV&rsquo;s mission and business objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1. Strategy and Planning:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute a holistic, data-driven marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract key stakeholders, including startups, investors, corporations, and academic institutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define the brand identity, value proposition, and core messaging DTV.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Brand &amp; PR Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all public relations and media outreach efforts, serving as a primary spokesperson for DTV or preparing other leaders for media engagements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and journalists.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage a crisis communication plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute a robust thought leadership program, including speaking engagements, white papers, and industry reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Digital Marketing &amp; Content Creation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the development and management of all digital channels, including the website, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, etc.), and email marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a compelling content strategy that highlights success stories, zone developments, and thought leadership from our community.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee SEO/SEM efforts to increase online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze digital marketing performance and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Event &amp; Experiential Marketing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, promote, and execute high-impact offline events, including conferences, workshops, networking sessions, and expos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with partners to co-host events that showcase DTV&rsquo;s capabilities and community.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage the marketing collateral and physical branding for DTV.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5. Leadership &amp; Team Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (internal and/or external agencies).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, operations, and community management, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present marketing strategies, progress, and results to the leadership team and board.
 </li>

 Qualifications and Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of building and managing successful marketing strategies from the ground up, preferably for a startup, technology hub, or a similar fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, PR, and event management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft a compelling brand narrative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of mentoring and developing talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform decisions and measure ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the innovation, technology, or startup ecosystem is highly desirable.
 </li>

 Source and select appropriate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
