JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Engineer with a background in Interior Architecture and Design to join our team at Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV). This role is open to experienced Saudi Nationals with 5–7 years of professional experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical and design aspects of interior projects, including the development and review of engineering and design packages, managing site execution and coordinating project activities throughout the full project lifecycle.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Perform and develop interior design concepts, layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively visualize design intent with the highest standards and aesthetics.

o Lead the preparation and review of Architecture and interior design packages, Develop the defined scope, budget, schedule.

o Act as the on-site project management representative, ensuring adherence to design specifications, deliverables, quality standards, and schedule.

o Coordinate with procurement during tendering and contracting processes, including technical evaluations, negotiations, and management of vendors and contractors.

o Conduct regular project meetings and progress reporting, track milestones, monitor contractor performance, and proactively resolve issues.

o Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders and track project expenditures, budgets, and payments.

o Promote continuous improvement through process optimization and innovative solutions to achieve cost and time efficiencies.

o Oversee project close-out activities, including documentation handover, final inspections, and completion reports.

o Perform any additional job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

o Essential: A bachelor’s degree Interior Architecture and Design.

o Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in interior architecture and design projects (portfolio must be provided)

o Proficient in industry-specific software (AutoCAD, 3DMax, V-Ray, Rivet و photoshop, illustrator and SketchUp)

oProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

o Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
