Receptionist &amp; AestheticianFull-Time | Salary + Commission | Growth OpportunityLocation: Flower Mound and ColleyvilleAbout the Position:We are a growing wellness business looking for an experienced, self-motivated Receptionist &amp; Esthetician with experience who takes client care seriously and can actively contribute to business and a personal growth.This role is ideal for someone confident, organized, and comfortable handling both front-desk responsibilities and esthetic services, while supporting bookings, memberships, and client communication. You will play a key role in client experience and day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide professional esthetic treatments with care and consistency</li><li>Manage front desk operations, including:</li><li>Answering phones and client questions</li><li>Booking and confirming appointments</li><li>Client follow-ups and rebooking</li><li>Proactively contact clients to:</li><li>Educate them on services and memberships</li><li>Increase bookings and retention</li><li>Support membership and service sales in a consultative, ethical way</li><li>Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism</li><li>Help reduce operational workload and improve daily flow</li><li>Work independently and take initiative to support business growth</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Licensed Esthetician (required)</li><li>2+ years of experience in a spa, wellness, or aesthetics setting</li><li>Previous experience handling reception or client coordination preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills (phone, text, in-person)</li><li>Comfortable with sales, rebooking, and client education</li><li>Highly self-motivated and dependable</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and professional</li><li>Client-focused with a genuine passion for wellness and care</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>Fixed per hour: Will be discussed based on experience</li><li>Commission: on Services, memberships, and/or retail</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities as the business grows</li></ul>This Role Is Not Entry-LevelWe are seeking an experienced professional who can confidently manage client interactions and contribute to the growth of the wellness business from day one.Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
