About the Position:

We are a growing wellness business looking for an experienced, self-motivated Receptionist & Esthetician with experience who takes client care seriously and can actively contribute to business and a personal growth.

This role is ideal for someone confident, organized, and comfortable handling both front-desk responsibilities and esthetic services, while supporting bookings, memberships, and client communication. You will play a key role in client experience and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional esthetic treatments with care and consistency
• Manage front desk operations, including:
• Answering phones and client questions
• Booking and confirming appointments
• Client follow-ups and rebooking
• Proactively contact clients to:
• Educate them on services and memberships
• Increase bookings and retention
• Support membership and service sales in a consultative, ethical way
• Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism
• Help reduce operational workload and improve daily flow
• Work independently and take initiative to support business growth

Qualifications & Experience

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a spa, wellness, or aesthetics setting
• Previous experience handling reception or client coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone, text, in-person)
• Comfortable with sales, rebooking, and client education
• Highly self-motivated and dependable
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Client-focused with a genuine passion for wellness and care

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed per hour: Will be discussed based on experience
• Commission: on Services, memberships, and/or retail
• Performance-based incentives

This Role Is Not Entry-Level

We are seeking an experienced professional who can confidently manage client interactions and contribute to the growth of the wellness business from day one.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
