Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of all civil works as per project milestones.</li></ul>2. Site Management<ul><li>Monitor site operations, quality control, safety standards, and workforce productivity.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.</li></ul>3. Design &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and vendors for design clarifications.</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.</li><li>Ensure alignment of all services with civil engineering requirements.</li></ul>4. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor project expenditure and ensure adherence to approved budgets.</li><li>Evaluate contractor quotations, negotiate rates, and certify bills.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.</li></ul>5. Procurement &amp; Resource Management<ul><li>Plan and monitor procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.</li><li>Approve material quality and ensure timely delivery to site.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement team for vendor finalization.</li></ul>6. Client &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.</li><li>Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Manage change requests, risks, and ensure client satisfaction.</li></ul>7. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, building codes, and company policies.</li><li>Implement health and safety standards across the project site.</li><li>Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety protocols.</li></ul>8. Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead and mentor project teams including engineers, supervisors, and site staff.</li><li>Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.</li><li>Foster a high-performance work culture.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Education:<ul><li>B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E / M.Tech preferred).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>10&ndash;15+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in real estate, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Proven track record of managing large-scale projects independently.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, construction methods, and project management tools.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Project , AutoCAD, and standard project reporting tools.</li><li>Expertise in drawings interpretation, quality standards, and site execution.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Project &amp; Time Management</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Cost Control</li><li>Technical Expertise in Civil Engineering</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Risk Assessment &amp; Mitigation</li><li>Team Leadership</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;65,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
