Join us to drive impactful campaigns, foster meaningful relationships, and make a real difference through creative marketing excellence!&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Manage social listening initiatives to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to streamline scheduling, analytics tracking, and campaign management.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content discoverability and improve organic reach across digital channels.</li><li>Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners to strengthen brand reputation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, graphic design, e-commerce, and video editing to produce cohesive marketing campaigns that align with branding goals.</li><li>Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency before publication.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and content creation.</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and Facebook Advertising platform optimization.</li><li>Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills for polished content delivery.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
