Job Summary - Telecom Support Engineer IIThe Telecom Support Engineer II will provide timely, empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable experience to our customers technical telecom inquiries. Provide clear communication in support of customers via phone, email and screenshare. Provide Level II assistance to the Level I Telecom team.
