Job Summary - Telecom Support Engineer II

The Telecom Support Engineer II will provide timely, empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable experience to our customers technical telecom inquiries. Provide clear communication in support of customers via phone, email and screenshare. Provide Level II assistance to the Level I Telecom team. This summary is to serve as an outline, and you may have additional responsibilities outside of this summary.

Telecom Support Engineer II Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and administrative product support service to our customers
  • Handle intermediate to advanced telecom issue diagnosis and resolution
  • Provide customer training and education on company product and service
  • Intervene with at-risk customers, providing options and opportunities

Knowledge

  • Intermediate to Advanced Metaswitch and/or Netsapiens
  • Intermediate to Advanced PCAP/SAS trace diagnosis
  • Experience with PBX, Hunt Groups, SIP, VOIP, etc.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
