IT Junior Level Support Tech Responsibilities:

• MUST have a working knowledge of CCTV repair
• Provide technical support for our corporate office and our retail stores
• Assist in maintaining all corporate applications and tools
• Manage and re-provision replacement hardware as needed at existing locations
• Manage office IT inventory equipment
• POS technical support

IT Junior Level Support Tech Responsibilities Qualifications/Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience supporting corporate IT systems
• Understanding and experience with software systems
• Have working knowledge of cloud platforms, productivity software, video conferencing solutions, and CCTV.

Willing to learn and be trained
