Customer Information &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Collect, verify, and document customer personal and financial information</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies</li><li>Maintain clean, auditable call records</li></ul>2. Sales &amp; Customer Engagement<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound (cold &amp; warm) leads professionally</li><li>Build rapport quickly and control the sales conversation</li><li>Present tax-related services clearly and ethically</li></ul>3. IRS Eligibility Qualification<ul><li>Conduct structured qualification calls</li><li>Review IRS-related history (up to 10 years when applicable)</li><li>Determine eligibility based on defined guidelines</li></ul>4.
