Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)Dial Expert is a rapidly growing BPO and call center company specializing in sales and cold calling. We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find exceptional talent to drive our continued growth.What You'll Do<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to final offer.</li><li>Find, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates using social media, job sites (like Indeed), LinkedIn, and other professional networks.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.</li><li>Coordinate with senior HR for final interviews.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM system.</li><li>Contribute to new recruitment strategies and creative sourcing methods.</li><li>Analyze recruitment data and market trends to ensure competitive and efficient hiring.</li><li>Provide support for administrative HR tasks as needed.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience in high-volume hiring.</li><li>Direct experience recruiting for call center or BPO roles, with a focus on sales and cold calling.</li><li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with excellent grammar and pronunciation.</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Zoom, Discord, and Google Meet.</li><li>Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.</li><li>Experience with the LinkedIn Recruiter system is a plus.</li><li>A professional, patient, and ambitious team player.</li><li>Work Schedule: This is a full-time, remote position (9-10 hours/day, 5-6 days/week).
