Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA)Phoenix, Arizona Full-Time | In-PersonJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing medical spa team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, patient-focused role ideal for a provider who combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye and a commitment to delivering natural, high-quality results.The ideal candidate is confident in injectable treatments, excels in patient consultations, and is motivated to build long-term client relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform injectable treatments, including:</li><li>Neuromodulators (Botox&reg;, Dysport&reg;, Xeomin&reg;, etc.)</li><li>Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, and full-face balancing)</li><li>Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans</li><li>Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and aftercare</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in EMR systems</li><li>Ensure patient safety and adherence to all medical protocols and best practices</li><li>Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent results and service</li><li>Participate in marketing efforts, events, and social media content (as needed)</li><li>Collaborate with estheticians and team members to provide holistic treatment plans</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active RN, NP, or PA license in Arizona (required)</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of aesthetic injection experience (required)</li><li>Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety</li><li>Experience with both neuromodulators and dermal fillers</li><li>Ability to deliver natural, balanced, and consistent results</li><li>Excellent communication and consultation skills</li><li>Professional, reliable, and patient-focused</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with biostimulators (Sculptra&reg;, Radiesse&reg;)</li><li>Experience with energy-based devices (RF microneedling, lasers, etc.)</li><li>Existing client base (a plus, but not required)</li><li>Social media/content participation experience</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time preferred (4&ndash;5 days per week)</li><li>Some evenings or weekends may be required based on patient demand</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Employee discounts on treatments and skincare</li><li>Ongoing training and continuing education opportunities</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li><li>Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person &ndash; Phoenix, AZPay: $44.27 - $53.32 per hourWork Location: In person

Perform aesthetic injectables including Botox, dermal fillers, and Sculptra
</li><li>Deliver safe and effective laser and energy-based treatments
</li><li>Conduct thorough patient consultations and treatment planning
</li><li>Educate patients on services, products, and post-care
</li><li>Operate and maintain advanced devices (Softwave, tri-brid lasers, PRP systems, body contouring, etc.)
</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols
</li><li>Support practice growth through patient engagement and participation in marketing efforts
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>
Active RN, NP, or PA license (required)</li><li>
1+ year of injectable experience (full-time preferred)</li><li>
Laser experience required (multi-device experience preferred)</li><li>
Proficient in Botox, dermal fillers, and Sculptra
</li><li>Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin types, and laser safety
</li><li>Energetic, positive, and team-oriented personality
</li><li>Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
</li><li>Professional, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
</li><li>Passion for aesthetics, learning, and delivering exceptional results
