Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing medical spa team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, patient-focused role ideal for a provider who combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye and a commitment to delivering natural, high-quality results.

The ideal candidate is confident in injectable treatments, excels in patient consultations, and is motivated to build long-term client relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments, including:
• Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, etc.)
• Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, and full-face balancing)
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to all medical protocols and best practices
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent results and service
• Participate in marketing efforts, events, and social media content (as needed)
• Collaborate with estheticians and team members to provide holistic treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in Arizona (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of aesthetic injection experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
• Experience with both neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Ability to deliver natural, balanced, and consistent results
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with biostimulators (Sculptra®, Radiesse®)
• Experience with energy-based devices (RF microneedling, lasers, etc.)
• Existing client base (a plus, but not required)
• Social media/content participation experience

Schedule

• Full-time preferred (4–5 days per week)
• Some evenings or weekends may be required based on patient demand

Pay: $44.27 - $53.32 per hour
