What will you do as an eCommerce Specialist at Diamond Cellar?
The eCommerce Specialist supports and enhances the company&rsquo;s e-commerce presence across multiple branded Shopify storefronts. Reporting to the Senior Developer, this role serves as the day-to-day owner of the Shopify platform, maintaining site content, implementing design updates, and ensuring a smooth, conversion-driven customer experience.
The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with creative problem-solving. They will make hands-on theme and Liquid edits, coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams, and continuously improve the performance and presentation of our online stores.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain and update site content, collections, and digital assets across multiple Shopify stores.</li><li>
Implement new homepage features, campaign banners, and landing pages aligned with brand standards.</li><li>
Customize Shopify themes and Liquid templates to support marketing initiatives and improve UX.</li><li>
Manage product data, metafields, and navigation structure to ensure consistency across storefronts.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to execute campaigns and product launches.</li><li>
Integrate and configure Shopify apps and third-party tools that enhance site functionality.</li><li>
Monitor site performance, test new features, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.</li><li>
Support SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization initiatives in coordination with digital marketing.</li><li>
Document website updates, configuration changes, and implementation processes</li></ul>
What are we looking for in an eCommerce Specialist?<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.</li><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience managing or developing Shopify storefronts</li><li>
Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>
Familiarity with Shopify theme customization, metafields, and admin tools.</li><li>
Understanding of UX/UI best practices, responsive design, and conversion optimization.</li><li>
Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to brand and detail.</li></ul>
