What will you do as an eCommerce Specialist at Diamond Cellar?

The eCommerce Specialist supports and enhances the company’s e-commerce presence across multiple branded Shopify storefronts. Reporting to the Senior Developer, this role serves as the day-to-day owner of the Shopify platform, maintaining site content, implementing design updates, and ensuring a smooth, conversion-driven customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with creative problem-solving. They will make hands-on theme and Liquid edits, coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams, and continuously improve the performance and presentation of our online stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site content, collections, and digital assets across multiple Shopify stores.
• Implement new homepage features, campaign banners, and landing pages aligned with brand standards.
• Customize Shopify themes and Liquid templates to support marketing initiatives and improve UX.
• Manage product data, metafields, and navigation structure to ensure consistency across storefronts.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
• Integrate and configure Shopify apps and third-party tools that enhance site functionality.
• Monitor site performance, test new features, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Support SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization initiatives in coordination with digital marketing.
• Document website updates, configuration changes, and implementation processes

What are we looking for in an eCommerce Specialist?

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience managing or developing Shopify storefronts
• Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Shopify theme customization, metafields, and admin tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices, responsive design, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to brand and detail.
