Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator who is fluent in Chinese to join our vibrant dental practice. This vital role combines excellent patient communication with efficient practice management, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from initial consultation through treatment completion. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate dental treatments, manage patient records, and facilitate smooth clinic operations while providing outstanding customer service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for at every step.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking patients, guiding them through treatment plans and appointment scheduling with enthusiasm and clarity</li><li>Coordinate dental procedures by collaborating with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate treatment delivery</li><li>Manage patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks, maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards</li><li>Assist with medical administrative support tasks including billing, coding, insurance verification, and financial management to optimize practice revenue</li><li>Oversee clinic operations related to medical records, medical terminology documentation, and medical office management practices</li><li>Supervise team members when necessary, providing guidance on office management, human resources policies, and practice management protocols</li><li>Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and post-treatment care instructions</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in dental office management or medical office experience with a focus on dental clinics or healthcare settings</li><li>Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience within a clinical environment</li><li>Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or eClinicalWorks; proficiency in managing medical records and documentation. We use Oryx system</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, managed care processes, and HIPAA regulations</li><li>Background in fiscal management including budgeting and financial oversight within a healthcare practice</li><li>Experience working with diverse patient populations, especially Chinese-speaking communities preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while advancing your career in healthcare management.
