&lt;Job Summary&gt; Join our dynamic legal team as a Real Estate Legal Assistant and play a vital role in supporting complex real estate transactions, legal research, and case management. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely and support 2 attorneys, manage diverse legal documents, and contribute to a fast-paced law office environment. Your expertise will help streamline processes, ensure accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of legal support in real estate law and related practice areas.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Assist attorneys with preparing, reviewing, and managing real estate documents such as deeds, titles, and escrow instructions.</li><li>Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence</li><li>File documents electronically with courts and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines</li><li>Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines</li><li>Review contracts, leases, and other legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.</li><li>Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Perform document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry to maintain high-quality legal documentation.</li><li>Provide administrative support including filing, scheduling interviews or meetings, managing phone etiquette, and handling clerical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven paralegal experience or legal administrative experience in a law office setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate law including landlord-tenant law, foreclosures, and title work.</li><li>Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis is preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.</li><li>Demonstrated writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.</li><li>Attention to detail in proofreading, transcription, and document review processes.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism on the phone and in person.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>PTO</li></ul>This role offers an engaging environment where your skills will directly impact successful real estate transactions while providing opportunities for professional growth.
