Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with landscape installations, bed clean‑ups, mulching, planting, and general labor tasks</li><li>Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and supplies</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites</li><li>Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Operations Managers</li><li>Support sod installation, grading, and other enhancement projects</li><li>Perform routine equipment and tool care</li><li>Represent the company with professionalism on every job site</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Reliable transportation to and from the shop</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day</li><li>Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team</li><li>Previous landscape or construction experience</li></ul>Join us in shaping vibrant outdoor spaces!
