Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installations, bed clean‑ups, mulching, planting, and general labor tasks
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and supplies
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Operations Managers
• Support sod installation, grading, and other enhancement projects
• Perform routine equipment and tool care
• Represent the company with professionalism on every job site

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Previous landscape or construction experience
