 We are seeking a motivated&nbsp;
 
 Sales Executive
 
 with 1&ndash;2 years of field sales experience to drive business growth for our&nbsp;
 
 Queue Management Systems (QMS)
 
 &nbsp;and&nbsp;
 
 Nurse Call Systems (NCS)
 
 . The role involves customer engagement, solution selling, site visits, Product demonstrations, and coordination with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Sales &amp; Business Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, banks, retail, government offices, and commercial establishments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve assigned sales targets for QMS and Nurse Call Systems within the designated territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical &amp; Pre-Sales Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable system configurations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams for customized solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of&nbsp;
 
 field-level sales experience
 
 &nbsp;in electronic systems or solution selling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in&nbsp;
 
 Queue Management Systems, Nurse Call Systems or similar OEM products
 
 &nbsp;is preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Soft Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused, proactive, and self-driven.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good negotiation and closing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication Skill : must be good in both verbal &amp; written English
