Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:


Preferred Location:  Bangalore-

Experience: 1 to 2 year


Salary Package: 25,000/- to 30,000/- PM + Local Conveyance

We are seeking a motivated  Sales Executive with 1–2 years of field sales experience to drive business growth for our  Queue Management Systems (QMS)  and  Nurse Call Systems (NCS) . The role involves customer engagement, solution selling, site visits, Product demonstrations, and coordination with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, banks, retail, government offices, and commercial establishments.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for QMS and Nurse Call Systems within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.

Technical & Pre-Sales Support

  • Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable system configurations.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams for customized solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of  field-level sales experience  in electronic systems or solution selling.
  • Experience in  Queue Management Systems, Nurse Call Systems or similar OEM products  is preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and self-driven.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication Skill : must be good in both verbal & written English
