We combine digital marketing strategies, AI tools, and outbound calling to deliver results for our clients.We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing &amp; Lead Generation Specialist who can handle both marketing tasks and outbound lead generation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to generate leads and new business opportunities</li><li>Participate in daily morning team meetings</li><li>Manage and post marketing content on:</li><li>Facebook</li><li>Facebook Marketplace</li><li>Instagram</li><li>TikTok</li><li>Assist with SEO optimization to improve website rankings</li><li>Help build and manage basic websites or landing pages</li><li>Use AI tools to improve marketing, content creation, and outreach</li><li>Create and manage online ads, posts, and listings</li><li>Track leads, outreach activity, and marketing performance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or outbound sales</li><li>Comfortable making high-volume cold calls</li><li>Knowledge of SEO basics and social media marketing</li><li>Ability to build or manage simple websites or landing pages</li><li>Strong familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation</li><li>Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) required</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Base plus commission</li><li>Performance bonuses and incentives available for strong results</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the company as the agency expands</li></ul>Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
