We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can handle both marketing tasks and outbound lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to generate leads and new business opportunities
• Participate in daily morning team meetings
• Manage and post marketing content on:
• Facebook
• Facebook Marketplace
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Assist with SEO optimization to improve website rankings
• Help build and manage basic websites or landing pages
• Use AI tools to improve marketing, content creation, and outreach
• Create and manage online ads, posts, and listings
• Track leads, outreach activity, and marketing performance

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or outbound sales
• Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
• Knowledge of SEO basics and social media marketing
• Ability to build or manage simple websites or landing pages
• Strong familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) required
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
