AM MARKETING JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring both traditional and digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s Aluminium profile products and increase market presence. The role involves managing brand visibility, supporting sales growth, coordinating marketing campaigns, and strengthening relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Traditional Marketing

· Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote Aluminium profile products.

· Coordinate trade exhibitions, industry events, and product launches.

· Manage print advertising, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.

· Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and builders.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

· Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations.

2. Digital Marketing

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

· Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

· Oversee website management, SEO optimization, and content updates.

· Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).

· Monitor digital analytics and campaign performance to improve marketing ROI.

· Coordinate with designers or agencies for digital creatives, videos, and marketing content.

3. Marketing Coordination

· Work closely with sales, production, and management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

· Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and campaign performance analysis.

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

· Generate marketing leads and support the sales conversion process.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Marketing preferred).

· 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, aluminium, or building materials industry.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.

· Experience in social media marketing, SEO, and online advertising.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

· Ability to analyze market trends and marketing performance.

· Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in Aluminium profiles, metal industry, construction materials, or architectural products.

· Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) will be an advantage.
