Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: Basic 45,000 + Commission

Experience Level: Intermediate (Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder & Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, submitting effective proposals on Upwork, and bringing in new business opportunities through strategic outreach.

Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork

- Write customized, high-converting proposals

- Generate leads through Upwork and other platforms

- Conduct cold emails and client reach-outs

- Follow up with potential clients

- Maintain a record of bids, leads, and conversions

- Collaborate with the team to understand services and client requirements

Required Skills

- Upwork bidding experience (basic knowledge required for fresh candidates)

- Strong written English communication

- Cold emailing & outreach skills

- Lead generation strategies

- Ability to work independently during night shiftBasic understanding of freelancing platforms
