Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through social media platforms, online directories, and other online channels.
• Generate qualified leads through outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, email, and other digital platforms.
• Initiate conversations with prospects and build strong professional relationships.
• Qualify leads based on client requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or customer outreach is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online lead generation techniques.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Shift Timings

• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday (On-site)
