Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through strategic outreach. The ideal candidate should have experience using multiple lead generation channels beyond freelance platforms and be confident in cold calling, email outreach, and maintaining strong prospect relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, Clutch, Crunchbase, Google, company directories, and other lead generation platforms.
• Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
• Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations and schedule meetings.
• Qualify leads and nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Build and maintain prospect databases through data scraping and online research.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Track outreach performance and provide regular reports on lead generation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ year of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Business Development within the IT industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and data scraping tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM

Location: Plot B 22 Block 2 Gulshan e Iqbal Karachi Sindh 75300 Pakistan

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
