ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to drive our lead generation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential international clients through LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns, with the goal of booking qualified discovery calls for our sales team.
This is a hands-on role that requires consistency, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to prospecting. You will be expected to meet outreach targets, maintain accurate records, and continuously optimize messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists of businesses that may require WordPress or web development services
- Conduct daily LinkedIn outreach, including personalized connection requests and follow-up messaging
- Manage and execute cold email campaigns using platforms such as Instantly, Lemlist, or similar tools
- Nurture and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate qualified discovery calls for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activity tracking
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to test and improve outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting
PERFORMANCE TARGETS (KPIs)
- Send 30–50 LinkedIn connection requests daily
- Send 40–80 cold emails daily
- Follow up regularly with all active prospects
- Generate 3–5 qualified discovery calls per week
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or cold email campaigns
- Excellent written English communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach
- Demonstrated ability to meet outreach and lead generation targets independently
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined follow-up process
- Experience using CRM systems and outreach tracking tools
- Ability to manage workload effectively with minimal supervision
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working in a software house, digital agency, or technology-focused company
- Familiarity with WordPress, web development services, or digital solutions
- Experience with tools such as Apollo, Hunter.io, Instantly, Lemlist, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, prospecting strategies, and buyer behavior
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
