Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Freelancer Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities on freelancing platforms, submitting compelling proposals, communicating with potential clients, and securing projects for the company.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong proposal-writing abilities, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Freelancer.com and other freelancing platforms.
• Write professional, customized, and persuasive proposals.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate project requirements, timelines, and budgets when required.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful projects.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, client communications, and project progress.
• Meet monthly bidding and business development targets.

Requirements

• Experience in Freelancer bidding, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities.
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, and Guru.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
