Freelancer Bidder (Morning & Night Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelancer Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on freelancing platforms, preparing winning proposals, communicating with international clients, and securing quality projects that contribute to the company's business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong business development skills, excellent English communication, and a passion for client acquisition through freelance marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Freelancer.com and other freelancing platforms.
• Prepare customized, professional, and persuasive proposals.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand project requirements.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate project estimates and solutions.
• Negotiate project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables when required.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful projects.
• Maintain records of bids, client communications, and project status.
• Meet daily and monthly bidding and business development targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Freelancer bidding, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, and Guru.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
