As ABM Ecommerce - Global you will oversee and drive sales across key online marketplaces in North America, UAE, KSA, Middle East, ASEAN, GCC, and India. The role will be responsible for managing budgets, delivering topline and bottom-line growth, planning promotions, and implementing performance marketing strategies to maximize sell-out on ecommerce platforms.


Things you will be doing as Assistant Brand Manager Ecommerce - Global


  • Manage and optimize ecommerce operations across multiple regions (North America, UAE, KSA, Middle East, ASEAN, GCC, India).
  • Own topline and budget management for ecommerce initiatives, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Drive sell-out through performance marketing strategies, leveraging Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, Meta & Google Ads.
  • Plan and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with ecommerce partners, aligning on product strategy, promotions, discounts, and visibility.
  • Develop and implement visibility strategies to enhance product discoverability and conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize core KPIs including Conversion Rate, CTRs, ROAS, and ACOS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce plans.
  • Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for senior management.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in multi-region ecommerce strategy execution is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing ecommerce performance across global markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Dashboard, Walmart Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with ecommerce partners.
  • Ability to plan promotions, discounts, and product visibility strategies effectively.
  • Success Metrics / KPIs:
  • Topline growth and budget adherence.
  • Bottom-line contribution from ecommerce channels.
  • Improvement in Conversion Rate, CTRs, ROAS, and ACOS.
  • Successful execution of promotions, discounts, and visibility strategies.
