Job Responsibilities &ndash; Anodizing In-Charge<ul><li>Anodizing Process Management</li><li>Supervise and control the complete anodizing process for aluminium profiles, including pre-treatment, anodizing, coloring (if any), sealing, and finishing.</li><li>Ensure anodizing thickness, coating quality, and color consistency as per specifications and customer requirements.</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Compliance</li><li>Monitor anodizing parameters such as bath composition, temperature, voltage, current density, and processing time.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO, Qualanod, customer specs).</li><li>Identify defects such as streaks, burns, uneven coating, or color variation and take corrective action.</li><li>Production Planning &amp; Coordination</li><li>Plan daily anodizing schedules in coordination with production, extrusion, and dispatch teams.</li><li>Ensure timely processing of aluminium profiles to meet delivery deadlines.</li><li>Chemical &amp; Bath Management</li><li>Maintain and control chemical baths (etching, desmutting, anodizing, sealing).</li><li>Ensure proper chemical dosing, filtration, and replacement as required.</li><li>Maintain records of chemical consumption and test results.</li><li>Equipment &amp; Maintenance</li><li>Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of anodizing tanks, rectifiers, cranes, jigs, and handling systems.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Manpower Supervision</li><li>Supervise anodizing operators, helpers, and shift staff.</li><li>Allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure discipline on the shop floor.</li><li>Train workers on anodizing procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.</li><li>Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE)</li><li>Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.</li><li>Enforce use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and effluent treatment requirements.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Maintain production logs, quality records, bath analysis reports, and rejection data.</li><li>Report daily production status, quality issues, and improvement actions to management.</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li><li>Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce rejection, and control costs.</li><li>Support trials for new finishes, colors, or customer-specific requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
