Marketing Manager – (Building Materials Industry Exp)

<ul><li>Plan and lead all research and development activities.</li><li>Define product development roadmap for aluminium profiles and glass systems.</li><li>Window systems</li><li>Curtain wall / wall glass systems</li><li>Sliding and fixed glazing solutions</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and procurement teams.</li><li>Approve designs, prototypes, and final products.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.</li><li>Ensure R&amp;D compliance with building codes and standards.</li><li>Manage R&amp;D budgets, timelines, and resources.</li><li>Design aluminium profiles using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).</li><li>Develop detailed drawings for wall glass and window glass systems.</li><li>Optimize profile sections for strength, thermal efficiency, and cost.</li><li>Prepare 2D &amp; 3D models and assembly drawings.</li><li>Support prototype development and design validation.</li><li>Modify designs based on testing feedback and site requirements.</li><li>Wind load resistance</li><li>Water tightness</li><li>Air infiltration</li><li>Structural stability</li><li>Coordinate glass compatibility and safety testing.</li><li>Analyze test results and suggest design improvements.</li><li>Prepare testing procedures and reports.</li><li>Liaise with third-party testing and certification agencies.</li><li>Research new aluminium alloys, finishes, and surface treatments.</li><li>Improve extrusion and fabrication processes.</li><li>Reduce material wastage and improve manufacturing efficiency.</li><li>Support production team for new profile development.</li><li>Evaluate tooling, dies, and machining methods.</li><li>Work on sustainable and energy-efficient product solutions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractWork Location: In person
