Payroll / HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Payroll / HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing payroll processing, supporting HR operations, and overseeing administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain payroll records including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
  • Handle employee reimbursements, final settlements, and leave encashments
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll reporting and audits

Human Resources Functions

  • Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll

Administrative Duties

  • Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and company events
  • Maintain company policies, documentation, and compliance records
  • Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed
